What is EnduraLite?
EnduraLite is a high quality, lightweight polyurathane foam material, specifically designed for tyre filling.
It is not a re-purposed, off-the-shelf foam product.
Our formulations are designed for applications where flatproofing is crucial, without the restrictive weight penalties and harsh ride of conventional foam. For example, mine site LVs and ATVs.
The process involves injecting pre-mixed EnduraLite compound into pneumatic tyres, where it expands and gels inside the tyre, replacing all of the air with a lightweight, resilient material that provides a smooth, comfortable ride.
We have developed a range of EnduraLite formulations to meet various applications and load requirements.
