ATT offers a range of foam compounds available to enable tyre flatproofing businesses to carry out lightweight tyre filling.

We have systems available to flatproof tyre sizes ranging from 11x6-5 lawnmower swivel castor wheels up to 235/85R16 light utility vehicles.

Each system consists of two different components (Part 1 and Part 2), and these are supplied in 20kg quantities.

Shown above are the two different types of equipment used to apply Aerofill. 
The single shot machine is relatively low cost and very simple to use.
It is suitable for small runs and occasional use.
Various sizes/capacities are available, according to tyre size requirements.

The polyurethane (PU) dispensing machine lends itself to longer production runs.
Acquisition cost is higher and it requires more training to operate, but on the plus side it is much more efficient with high throughput.
These machines can be purchased off-the-shelf from various suppliers.

ATT provides full training and ongoing support to approved Aerofil applicators.

The cost to flatproof a tyre with Aerofil is similar to that of traditional fill.
However, the benefits include much lighter wheel mass and a smoother, more compliant ride.
